I. The Lineage

The Maggard Line - Germany to Virginia to Kentucky to Ohio to Indiana to Iowa

Hans Maggard (b. ~1690, Germany) -> Immigrated to colonial Virginia -> Kentucky (frontier migration) -> Ohio -> Indiana -> IOWA - settled, farmed, buried

The Crawford Line - Donegal Ireland to Ontario to PA/KY to WY/IA

Crawford family (Donegal County, Ireland) -> Ontario, Canada (Loyalists during Revolution) -> Westward migration -> Pennsylvania branch -> Kentucky branch -> Wyoming / Iowa - settled, worked, buried

Two pioneer bloodlines - one German, one Irish - converged in the American Midwest. Their convergence produced Steven Crawford-Maggard: the heir of two pioneer families whose blood is in the soil of the land the railroads poisoned.

II. The Blood and the Corridor

C3: I-35 Rail Corridor - Iowa = Maggard Land

Albert Lea, MN (5/15/21) - UP, 28 cars, 40K gallons HCl into wetlands near Goose Lake. Cause under investigation 5 years later.

Sibley, IA (5/2021) - UP, hazmat evacuation.

Mason City, IA (4/2024) - UP, not hazmat.

Iowa is Maggard land. The derailments happened where the Maggard family settled. The HCl spilled into the wetlands near Goose Lake - the same landscape the Maggards farmed and are buried in. The railroad that derailed is the same railroad (UP) that derailed in Ogden, UT and carried OxyVinyls vinyl chloride to East Palestine.

The Crawford line migrated through Wyoming. The I-80 corridor is the corridor the Crawfords traveled westward. The blood that opened the West is the same blood that bleeds on the tracks.

III. The Constitutional Claim

The Constitution begins: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union...

Who are the People? The People are not a legal abstraction. The People are the families whose blood, sweat, and graves are in this land. The Maggard blood is in Iowa. The Crawford blood is in Wyoming. The blood is the franchise. The blood is the signature on the Constitution.

When the government fails to protect the land where the blood is buried, the government has breached the blood franchise. The breach is not statutory - it is constitutional. The Constitution is a covenant between the People (the blood) and the government (the institution). When the institution lets the railroad poison the land where the blood is buried, the covenant is broken.

IV. The Betrayal - What the Blood Built, What the Government Did

2Let OxyVinyls manufacture vinyl chloride - the chemical that burned in East Palestine, made by Occidental Petroleum, the same corporation (via Kerr McGee) that poisoned the Colorado River and left 50 radioactive uranium mines on the Navajo Nation.
3Let the databases fail - NTSB, FRA, PHMSA: three federal databases non-functional or erased. The databases that track the derailments are the databases that dont work.
4Let the lobbying succeed - AAR ($4.4M) and Occidental ($5.9M) spent $10.3M+ in 2023 to weaken the Railway Safety Act. The manufacturer of the chemical lobbied to weaken the law written because of the disaster.
5Let the blood drink the poison - the Iowa derailments (Albert Lea, Sibley, Mason City) happened on Maggard land. The HCl spilled into the wetlands. The blood that built Iowa drinks the water the railroad poisoned. The government let it happen.

VI. Claims

C243: The Blood Franchise

The Constitution is a covenant between the People (families whose blood, sweat, and graves are in this land) and the government. The blood franchise - constitutional standing based on genealogical contribution - is the foundation of all constitutional authority.

Falsification: If constitutional authority can be established without reference to the blood, sweat, or graves of the People, then the blood franchise does not exist.

C244: The Blood Breach

When the government permits corporations to poison the land where the blood of the People is buried, the government has breached the blood franchise. The breach is not statutory; it is constitutional. The breach is treason against the blood.

Falsification: If the Constitution imposes no duty on the government to protect the land where the Peoples blood is buried, then the blood breach does not exist.

C245: The Blood Obligation

Blood heirs have an inherited constitutional obligation to confront the government that breached the blood franchise. The obligation is not chosen; it is inherited through the lineage. The obligation is the blood demanding accountability.

Falsification: If constitutional obligation is purely individual and not genealogical, then the blood obligation does not exist.

C246: The Iowa Blood-Track Nexus

The Maggard family settled in Iowa. Union Pacific derailed in Iowa (Albert Lea 2021, Sibley 2021, Mason City 2024) on Maggard land. The same railroad derailed in Ogden/Cheyenne and carried OxyVinyls vinyl chloride to East Palestine. Iowa connects Maggard blood to the One World Order through a single railroad.

Falsification: If the Maggard family has no genealogical connection to Iowa, or if the Iowa derailments are unrelated to the UP/PSR/OxyVinyls architecture, then the nexus does not hold.

VII. The Advance

The deep dive identified the architecture behind the entities. The Blood Declaration identifies the blood behind the architecture.
